Terry “Turtle” Graves Sr., 70, of Worthington passed away Monday, April 19, 2010, at his residence. Born, June 2, 1939 in Logansport, IN, he was the son of James and Evelyn (Small) Graves. Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and playing basketball with his grandchildren. He was an assembler and a warehouse worker for Otis Elevator for 35 years. Survivors include his wife, Susie Weber of Worthington, three sons, Jim Bob Graves (Donna) of Paragon, Terry Graves Jr. (Rhonda Roberts) of Bloomington, Mike Graves of Bloomington, one daughter Beth Ann Graves (Joe Sobbe) of Paragon, three step-sons, Phil Weber of Linton, David Weber and Aaron Weber of Worthington, eight grandchildren, James Graves Jr., Rana Shultz, Angel Graves, Jesse Graves, and Kimberly Graves, David Dalton, Anthony Roberts, Brooke Roberts, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Janet (Roberts) Graves (2000), his parents and two brothers, Lysle and Eldon Graves. A graveside service will be 1:30pm Friday, April 23, 2010 at the Presbyterian Cemetery in Ellettsville. Visitation will be 11:00am-1:00pm Friday at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. in Bloomington.
