Lisa Sharon Williams Lisa Sharon Williams, 43, of Bloomington, IN, formerly of Mt. Auburn, IL, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at the Bloomington Hospital after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. Born, June 8, 1967 in Decatur, IL, she was the daughter of Ed and Andrea (Fuller) Williams. Lisa was a 1985 graduate of the Mt. Auburn High School. She was a member of AMVETS, and the Moose Lodge in Bloomington, and the Eagles Lodge in Riverton, IL. Lisa was a bright and funny person who made friends with everyone she met. She had a love of life and brought smiles and laughs to all that knew her. She loved her daughter and her family, and she enjoyed going to sprint car races. Survivors include her parents, Ed and Andrea Williams of Mt. Auburn, IL, her daughter Krystal Morgan, her companion, Donnie Dixon and his son D.J. both of Bloomington, her sister, Kristy Williams of Bloomington, nephews Kruise of Chatham, IL and Dylan of Bloomington, several cousins, an aunt and an uncle. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, two aunts and two uncles. Services will be 1:00pm (central time) Monday, July 19, 2010 at the Mt. Auburn Church of Christ in Illinois, with Pastor Dan Armstrong officiating. Visitation will be 2-5pm Sunday at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington, IN 47401, and 11am-1pm Monday at the Mt. Auburn Church of Christ. Burial will be at the Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Illinois. Memorial contributions may be made to the Krystal Morgan college fund in care of The Funeral Chapel. Checks made payable to Andrea Williams.

I was so sorry to see that Lisa has passed. I was enjoying re-connecting on-line recently and searched for Lisa. It was only one summer when we were barely 10, but I have many, many memories and fun stories and it sounds like she never lost her ability to have fun. Love, Dora

We are going to miss Lisa...she was a sweet and kind person in a broken body. Nothing wrong with her heart though...
She fought hard and thank goodness for her sake, the pain is now gone.
I can see her doing hot laps in heaven...
